It was great building out this tool and it had many benefits. It made it easier for all new staff to create their signature and allowed all staff members to make their signature uniform and branded.

Goal:
The Email Signature Generator was built for CalArts as a tool to create signatures for all staff so that they are consistent. Goal was to make it as easy as possible for the end user to create their Signature. The benefit of this tool has been that all new employees are able to create their own signature instead of of creating their own. It also allowed all employees to have the same consistent email signature.
