The goal was to create a functional WordPress site for UCLA Human Resources Payroll Center North. This website would be used to provide relevant content to users with the best user experience possible. We wanted to make sure that the UCLA staff were able to find information as quickly as possible.

After interviewing the HR staff, I began creating user personas to identify the targeted audience. I did a competitive/comparison analysis to determine what features and User interface would be effective in accomplishing the business goals.
