After interviewing the LACC staff, I began creating user peronas. The goal of creating these personas was to During the design and development phase, I researched Hotels and Conference Centers and used them as reference when creating the designs. I did a competitive/comparison analysis to determine what features and User interface would be effective in accomplishing the business goals.
